Access to and use of the bagla bet Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bagla bet enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products — sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games — without exception.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts in their jurisdiction of residence may not register an account.
• Geographic Access: bagla bet is designed and operated for players based in or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform does not violate any law applicable in their jurisdiction.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been permanently self-excluded from bagla bet or had your account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Attempting to re-register following a permanent exclusion or ban is a Prohibited Activity.
• Personal Account Only: You must be registering and using the account solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, nor allow any third party to use your account.

bagla bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension or closure of the account in question.

All financial transactions on the bagla bet Platform — deposits into your Wallet Balance and withdrawals of funds from your Wallet Balance — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bagla bet does not accept or issue funds in any foreign currency. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

Approved Payment Methods: bagla bet processes deposits and withdrawals through the following approved Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa (Bangladeshi bank-issued), Mastercard (Bangladeshi bank-issued), and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Use of any unapproved payment method may result in the funds being returned and the transaction being declined.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bagla bet does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual MFS providers may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.

Deposit Processing Times: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Wallet Balance within seconds of confirmation from the MFS provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the Wallet Balance. bagla bet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's MFS provider or bank.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by bagla bet within 15 to 30 minutes for MFS methods during standard BST business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside standard hours or during peak periods may take up to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals require the Player to have completed KYC verification.

Withdrawal to Same Method: bagla bet operates a same-method withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to MFS provider limits. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Players from fraudulent withdrawal requests.

No Transaction Fees: bagla bet does not charge Players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, MFS providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bagla bet's control. Players should refer to their MFS provider's published fee schedule for details.

Responsible Use of Funds: Players must only deposit funds that they own legally and that represent funds available for discretionary entertainment spending. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, funds borrowed for the purpose of gambling, or funds that are subject to third-party claims is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under these Terms & Conditions.

bagla bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published for each individual offer.

Eligibility: Promotional offers are only available to Players who have completed registration, verified their account, and made at least one qualifying deposit in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Bonus eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying bet types, and time windows — are published alongside each offer on the Platform.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-volatility slots, specific live casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirement completion — contribution rates are published per promotion.

One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet Balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the stated timeframe.

Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds: Where a Player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds in their Wallet Balance, real-money funds are used for bets first unless the Player has accepted a specific bonus that reverses this order as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Players may choose to forfeit a bonus at any time from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings, at which point the bonus funds are removed from the balance.

Modification & Withdrawal of Offers: bagla bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonuses already credited to a Player's account will be honoured for the remainder of their validity period subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Closure by the Player: You may request to close your bagla bet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered MFS method. Account closure requests are processed within 1 business day (BST).

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and may be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Player may not access the Platform, and bagla bet will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access. Permanently self-excluded Players may not re-register a new account.

Suspension by bagla bet: bagla bet reserves the right to suspend a Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player is suspected of Prohibited Activity; (b) the account is under investigation for irregular betting patterns or identity verification concerns; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is in progress; or (d) bagla bet is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory or law enforcement authority. During a suspension, the Player will be unable to access the Platform, place bets, or process withdrawals.

Closure by bagla bet: bagla bet may permanently close a Player account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is established; (c) the Player is found to be under 18 years of age; (d) the Player has provided materially false information during registration or KYC; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of closure due to Prohibited Activity, the Wallet Balance (including deposited funds) may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Effect of Closure: Upon closure of a Player account, all incomplete bonus wagering requirements are forfeited. Pending bets at the time of closure are handled as follows: bets placed in good faith prior to an account investigation being opened will be settled normally; bets placed in connection with Prohibited Activity may be voided. Disputes regarding account closure decisions should be directed to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification.

Data Retention: Following account closure, bagla bet retains Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection and anti-money-laundering legislation. Retention periods may extend to 5 years from the date of account closure for transaction and identity records.
